UKCISA's Committees and Officers

Board and Officers

UKCISA's Board of Trustees includes nine elected members and a further six co-opted by the Board itself to ensure an appropriate balance of skills, interest groups and expertise. Each is appointed for an initial term of 3 years. In addition the President, Chair of the Board and Treasurer are also appointed for initial terms of 3 years. Observer status for sector and representative bodies additionally ensures close collaboration with key stakeholders and those with similar aims and interests.

The Board, Finance and General Purposes and Policy committees meet three times each year to agree overall strategy, financial and staffing issues and UKCISA's position on key aspects of government, sector and membership policy. Current membership is listed below.
